Diocesan Confirmation: Confirmand Registration
Simply complete and submit the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM for EACH confirmand from your parish who will receive this sacrament at a "Diocesan Confirmation." Generally, three are scheduled throughout the year at The Cathedral of St. Paul in Birmingham, AL. We request that you register at least THREE WEEKS PRIOR to the requested Confirmation Date. Rite of Election and Calling Candidates to Continuing Conversion
REGISTER your parish! (ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM, HERE).
Rite of Election is for Catechumens (unbaptized persons); Rite of Calling Candidates to Continuing Conversion, for those who are already baptized. (For further information, view our Diocesan Resources page.) Both Rites are generally held in two locations: Holy Spirit Catholic Church for the Huntsville Region and The Cathedral of St. Paul for the Birmingham Region. Dates for 2024, forthcoming.
