Just in time for your Labor Day weekend picnics, the Prince of Peace Knights of Columbus are offering smoked Boston butt roasts and Graffeo Italian sausage. You can order one or both items at www.popkoc.com. The Boston butts are $35 and the five pound box of Graffeo sausage, which is not cooked, is $25. Pick up begins Friday, Sept. 4 from 2-7 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 5 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 4600 Preserve Pkwy. in Hoover.
