How do I update my benefits when I get married, a child reaches Age 26, or other Family Status Event?
- Notify your location manager or timekeeper that you have experienced a life event.
- Be prepared to supply documentation that has a date of occurrence.
- You will complete a new Benefits Enrollment and the location will complete a Family Status Change form then send the forms to benefits@bhmdiocese.org for processing.
